1. What personal data do we process, for how long, for what purpose, and on what legal basis?
The legal bases for our data processing activities may include:
- Consent – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, based on the data subject’s freely given, informed consent.
- Performance of a Contract – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.

otherwise, data will be deleted 5 years after license expiry pursuant to Section 6:22 of the Hungarian Civil Code.
Where accounting legislation requires retention, data will be stored for 8 years irrespective of consent.
